I was not familiar with Stan until I found this series, and I have to say this guy rocks. He is not the shitty quality telemarketer that is calling you today. This lecture was recorded in 1985 with updates recorded in 1988 inserted into each of the 90 points. He is smooth. He is oldschool in that he asks reasonable questions and he teaches you vital listening skills. He teaches you a non-threatening and non-salesy approach. These are skills that work in any setting whether it's face-to-face or on the phone. I'll hazard a guess that mastering these skills would enable you to walk into any phone room anywhere, in any niche business, and be productive your first week. I made an mp3 set so you can immerse yourself. I have also included Stan's two-part autobiography, his page of affirmations, and a recorded sales call.
